Centre for Arab Genomic Studies is pleased to announce that Dubai will be the venue of the human genome for the 2011 conference, a prestigious international conference organized by the Human Genome Organization. Dubai was selected to host this important conference after a special presentation of competitive bidding, which was prepared for this purpose by a team of Dubai is composed of members of the Global Centre for Arab Genomic Studies and the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Convention Bureau.

Human Genome Conference is an annual series of conferences organized by the Human Genome Organization in order to update and increase knowledge in the human genome ever-changing field of research and is considered a major event for each of the renowned scientists and young researchers. This will be the first time that the human genome conference to be held in an Arab country.
