Description

Autosomal Dominant Nocturnal Frontal Lobe Epilepsy (ADNFLE) is a rare familial partial epilepsy syndrome characterized by clusters of brief seizures that occur during the non-REM phase of the sleep cycle. 

Mutations in the CHRNA4 gene have been shown to be causal for the condition.
