USP37 gene encodes ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 37 protein, which is involved in cell division and regulation of DNA replication. This protien affects G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle by protein deubiquitination and it is also involved in ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolism.
